I finished this oil painting back in October of 2009. Titled, "Bittersweet Hills", I painted it with my Grandfather Ross in mind. He built a beautiful home for his wife and three children in the woods of Wisconsin which they lovingly refered to as the bittersweet hills. I dedicate this to him with love.
